Hytera Software - Issues with License & Dongle (Dongle Not Recognised)
The main issues we have come across are to do with the security dongle: First issue is drivers. Once these have been executed from the 'Sentinel_USB_7.41' setup file and the dongle is plugged in, you should see three entries in the device manager screen as per the image below.

Second issue is the firewall. The dongle uses port 1947 to communicate with the IDS software. Once the device manager screen is confirmed to be ok, open a web browser and navigate to 'http://localhost:1947'. You should see a screen similar to the screenshot of the Sentinel Admin Control Center.
