Microsoft has announced a mandatory upgrade for all Dragon Medical One (DMO)customers currently using version 2021.4 or earlier versions from 2021 and 2020.
To continue using Dragon Medical One without interruption, you must upgrade to the latest available version by 31 December 2026. After this date, access to the older versions will no longer be available.
Your subscription hasn't changed, it's purely an upgrade to the app that you're using.
How to check which version of DMO you are using
When you open Dragon Medical One, on the login screen your version will be shown in the bottom right-hand corner, highlighted in yellow below.
