DSS Player Mac - Configure DSS Player for Mac

This guide details how to configure DSS Player for Mac. To access the options menu, click on DSS Player > Preferences.

General Tab

Set a password to encrypt downloaded files with. Synchronisation of Date & Time when a device is connected to the mac. Icon size for the toolbar items.

Download location

To change the location for a folder:

1. Click on the path and select Other...

2. Browse to the shared folder and click Open. The new path will appear now.

Delete original files from the device after downloading

Convert files to AIFF while downloading

Automatic download of files when device is detected

Record Tab

Recording format for direct recording

Verbal Comments availability

Optional setting for recording preferences

Select OK once completed, to apply these settings.
