Similarly to ODMS R8, you can change the output device (headphones, speakers etc.) used by the ODMS Cloud Desktop app when playing back dictations.

Open a dictation for playback in the ODMS Desktop App
- In the playback bar, click the arrow on the right-hand side to open out the full toolbar
- Click the icon that looks like a speaker with a cog next to it
- Playback the file to check which output is being used

If the sound is coming out of the correct output, such as your headphones, then you are good to go.

If it's still not playing out of the correct output, click the button again to change the output and repeat Step 4.
Note: The ODMS Cloud desktop app won't display what output device is selected, you need to click the button and then test it by playing back the file.
Make sure your sound output device is recognised by your PC if you're still having issues with the sound. You can do this in your computers main Settings > System > Sound
