[ODMS R7 R8](https://help.speakit.co.uk/om-system?hsLang=en-gb#odms-r7-r8) # ODMS R7/R8 - Enabling Job Data Settings This guide goes through how to enable the Job Data Settings, so this lets you review and edit the file properties before downloading them into the software.  This setting is only available in the professional range software and can be enabled in Dictation Module and Transcription Module. ![enabling job data settings](https://audiosupport.omsystem.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/enabling-job-data-settings.gif) 1. Click on Tools then Options 2. Click on Workflow 3. Click on Download 4. Tick the box “Prompt for data every time a file is downloaded. 5.
