My Philips foot control/foot pedal is not working, what can I do?

Try one of the following:

• If you are using a USB hub, connect the foot control directly to a USB port on your computer without using a hub. Reboot your computer.

• Connect the foot control to a different USB port on your computer.

• Connect the foot control to a different computer.
