SpeechExec V11 - 'Could not load file or assembly' error message

This fixes and issue when upon launching/installing SpeechExec V11, the following error message shows: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=****' Fix: - Go to add or remove programs - Search 'Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 SP1 x64 ENU' - Run a repair on this service If it does not allow the option from there, download the installer below and run a repair from there.
