SpeechExec V11 - Install on a new/second PC

SpeechExec version 11.X software can be installed on multiple PCs. However, the software can only be open and running on one PC at a time. In this scenario... - our user has SpeechExec Dictate version 11.X installed and activated on his OFFICE PC. He would now like to also use the software on his HOME PC. - The software has been downloaded and extracted onto the HOME PC - The user has closed out of SpeechExec Dictate completely (File>Exit)on the OFFICE computer
