SpeechLive - How to send mobile app logs

If you're experiencing issues on the SpeechLive mobile app (authors only), we may ask you to send the logs from the app. These logs will help us pinpoint any errors occurring in the app's processes and find a resolution for you.

To send SpeechLive mobile app logs:
  1. Open the Philips SpeechLive mobile app and log in
  2. Tap the cog icon in the top right-hand corner
  3. Scroll down and tap About
  4. Tap Contact Support
  5. Select an email app if prompted
  6. In the open email draft, remove the email support@speech.com and type support@speakit.co.uk
  7. Tap Send
