Philips SpeechLive - mobile app won't open
As mobile phone operating systems like Apple iOS and Android move further along, older versions become end-of-support (EOS) and end-of life (EOL). This also means that compatibility with older devices running these EOS/EOL operating systems also ceases.
If you're trying to use the Philips SpeechLive mobile app on an Apple iPhone, and find that it closes down without opening properly, then please check your iOS version:
Go to Settings > General > About > iOS
If your phone is running on an iOS that is more than 2 versions old, it will no longer be compatible with SpeechLive.
Your alternatives would be to either record directly into SpeechLive on the web browser (Pro and Enterprise accounts only), record and upload from a handheld digital voice recorder, or of course upgrade to a newer iPhone.
