Speak-IT Password Protected Voice Recorder - Disk Error

Issue

When plugging in the Speak-IT Password Protected Recorder into a PC via USB, user is shown error message 'Disk Error'.

Solution

Plug the device into a PC using the USB cable - the device should show as an external disk/USB Right click the external disk Choose 'Format'
