How do I return an order?
If you have purchased a product from Speak-IT Solutions Ltd and you no longer need it, your order can be returned within 30 days.
Please complete this Return Request Form which will let us know more information about your order, what you're returning and why. You will then receive further instructions about where to return the items.
Please note: Software is excluded from our returns policy. Once you have received your software license key and download link, we are unable to refund your purchase.
All products must be returned in a resaleable condition, including all original accessories and packaging such as cables, boxes and plastic bags. Once received your return will be inspected by the team. Anything deemed as less than 'as new' will be subject to a restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.
